The current global crisis creates many threats to workplace health and safety, yet COVID-19 also brings prime opportunities to recognize the importance of psychological health and safety in the workplace and create lasting changes in organizations. I have been conducting interviews and delivering webinars and workshops to thousands of people over the last few months. I am amazed at the universal nature of the problems and challenges people are having, regardless of their international location or industry. They describe the same issues: blending work and home, adjusting to the competing demands of work, family, and community, fears for safety and managing the stress of all the change. It is an honour to serve the Occupational Health and Safety community in this way!  Here is a link to a Panel Interview coordinated and facilitated by the Work Wellness Institute. Take a look at some fascinating perspectives on working remotely from some impressive professional colleagues.  A huge thank you to everyone and to those of you who gave a nod to me being the only woman on the panel.
