In this workshop, leaders will learn the difference between a reactive approach to mental health which focuses on “catching up” and “fixing”, and a proactive one that focuses on development and growth. They will also be introduced to PQ (positive intelligence) and the concept of mental fitness. They can expect to walk away inspired, with a different perspective on self-care that helps them improve their own work-life balance drastically, and lead by example.
