Through the use of structured experiences, group discussions and practical activities, this dynamic, engaging and interactive session invites participants to understand the science of stress and happiness and build skills to thrive at work. Participants will be given the opportunity to identify and evaluate their own strategies, select specific tools from a menu of activities, and create a personal self-care plan. The workshop allows for team-building activities that create a support network at work. Participants can leave the workshop with a clear plan and specific skills to be happy at work.
